FOOD PREP

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Prep team member to join our wine bar specializing in small bites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to providing guests with high-quality culinary experiences that complement our wine selection.

• Prepare and assemble a variety of small plates and appetizers according to menu specifications.
• Receive and prioritize food tickets to ensure timely service for guests.
• Accurately prep ingredients, ensuring freshness, quality, and proper storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and work collaboratively with team members.
• Show creativity in plating and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is preferred. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about wine and food pairings will set candidates up for success in this role. Email resume to leeann@fireflylaneonwharf.com.
