We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable server to join our wine bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong interest in wine. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, making wine recommendations, taking orders, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their visit. Additional duties may include setting and clearing tables, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. FOOD PREP

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Prep team member to join our wine bar specializing in small bites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to providing guests with high-quality culinary experiences that complement our wine selection.

• Prepare and assemble a variety of small plates and appetizers according to menu specifications.
• Receive and prioritize food tickets to ensure timely service for guests.
• Accurately prep ingredients, ensuring freshness, quality, and proper storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and work collaboratively with team members.
• Show creativity in plating and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.
